BEDOUIN ROAD HIKE

Day 1:

Our representative meets you at the Wadi Rum Visitor’s Center and assists in your transfer to Rum Village, to start your hike with one of our professional guides. Though our trekking guides are not all fluent in the English language, they all maintain a professional knowledge of the desert, its sites and their work.

Starting in Rum Village and ending in our fixed camp, including an hour’s long lunch and rest stop, the hike traverses the red sands of Wadi Rum valley and includes visits to the following sites of interest: Shalaleh Spring, Lawrence Spring, Red Sand Dune area, Khazali Canyon and Jebel Al Qattar.

Your tour ends in our fixed camp, close to Jebel Al Qattar, where you may watch the sunset, go for a wander or relax around a campfire, before enjoying a traditional Bedouin dinner with tea. After dinner, conversation often lingers late around the campfire, as we gaze up at the magnificent night sky. Your guides can also be convinced to share traditional Bedouin music and stories…

Day 2:

After breakfast, we’ll escort you back to Rum Village by 4×4 for transport onward to your next adventure!
